You should cover at least most of the following skills:

• working knowledge of version control (git or subversion)
• one Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle)
• one framework (Spring)
• Frontend know how (Javascript/CSS)
• Middleware know how (AMQP, JMS)
